By using the Labor Management Partnership photo archive website, I agree to comply with the following terms of use:

• The images I download will only be used for purposes associated with the Kaiser Permanente Labor Management Partnership, including, but not limited to, art, advertising, promotional, education and web and in all media, including electronic, video, digital and print media.
• The usage will be consistent with the LMP brand, which is grounded in authenticity (for example, use of the photos in fictitious scenarios is unacceptable). If there is any question about the potential use, I will contact national LMP Communications and obtain specific permission before proceeding.
• All of the individuals in this archive have signed photo releases with expiration dates (information that is available on the site); I agree not to use any photo after its expiration date. I understand that the Office of Labor Management Partnership has the right to revoke my access to this archive.
